Your blood work is normal. Your MRI is clear. So why do you still feel like this?

If you are living with migraine, constant headaches, dizziness, ear fullness, dysautonomia or unexplained neurological symptoms and every doctor tells you "everything looks fine" or "it's just anxiety", you are in the right place. We evaluate the one area of your spine most doctors miss: the craniocervical junction.

You Are Not Crazy. And You Are Not To Young To Feel This Way.

You have probably been to multiple specialists. You have tried medications, physical therapy, and maybe even standard chiropractic care. You still have to go to work, still have to function, and still have to smile through the brain fog and the pain.

But behind the scenes, you feel stuck.

Every time you get a test done, you almost hope they find something. Just so you can finally have an answer. But the results always come back normal. The doctors tell you to manage your stress. They hint that it might just be anxiety.

It is not just anxiety. Your symptoms are real. But the medical system is looking in the wrong place.

The Joint Nobody Checks

Most doctors focus on the symptoms. They give you a pill for the migraine, a pill for the dizziness, and a pill for the nerve pain.

We focus on the structure holding your head up.

The craniocervical junction (CCJ) is where your skull meets your upper neck. It is one of the most neurologically dense areas in your entire body. When there is dysfunction or misalignment here, the signals between your brain and your body become chaotic.

Your brain gets bad information. And when your brain gets bad information, it creates symptoms:

Migraine Vestibular Migraine Dizziness & Vertigo Meniere's Disease
Trigeminal Neuralgia Numbness & Tingling Chronic Headaches Head Pressure

Sometimes you don't need another medication to mask a symptom. You need someone to evaluate the structure and function.

A Different Kind of Evaluation

We do not guess. We measure.

In our office we use functional testing to understand exactly what is happening in your neck. We do not just look at static bones on an image. We look at how your neck actually moves and communicates with your brain.

The Neck Care System

Range of Motion

We measure exactly how your neck moves to identify where the restrictions and compensations are happening.

Cervical Proprioception (Joint Position Error)

Your neck has thousands of sensors that tell your brain where your head is in space. We test if those sensors are sending accurate signals.

Sensory Motor Control (The Butterfly Test)

We evaluate how well your brain and neck coordinate movement. When there is dysfunction here, your neck muscles have to work overtime just to hold your head up.

3D CBCT Imaging

Function tells us what is happening. Structure tells us why.

We use 3D Cone Beam CT imaging to see the craniocervical junction in full detail. This allows us to measure exactly how the bones are positioned and identify the specific misalignment pattern that is contributing to your symptoms. Standard X-rays give you a flat, two-dimensional picture. Our imaging gives us the complete three-dimensional view we need to make corrections that are precise down to the millimeter.

When we combine the functional data from the Neck Care system with the structural data from 3D imaging, we see the whole picture. And that is what guides the gentle, specific adjustments we make to restore alignment. No twisting. No cracking. No guessing.
